Electric cooperatives across the nation form a network to enhance member engagement and service through research, resources, and training programs. Regularly, some electric co-ops submit their own survey data for customer satisfaction research that helps them evaluate their performance relative to the electric utility industry. In this research for the last quarter of 2023, the average score among participating cooperatives was 74. We're pleased to announce that Nueces Electric Cooperative achieved an exceptional score of 95 for that period, placing us at the top in the nation.
